I have been using AIT for over 15 years and have used several of their products. The service and help they provide are exceptional and I would highly recommend.

Used the VPS Windows Pro plan for a year and now upgrading to Extreme plan, for personal use and interest. Customer services exceed expectation - real 7×24 online chat, and they are really helpful and effective. Compared to the hosting services in my local area, Hong Kong, the price and services of AIT are very competitive. Stability is high, in particular, windows upgrade, which is troublesome in my past experience of joining other provider. My running software needs connection to China and Hong Kong. The connection stability is often satisfactory. You know, stability of connection to China is affected by a lot of factors.
The only one minor service issue I encountered so far is that during the upgrade from Pro plan to Extreme plan, they reboot my VPS without informing me in advance. I think it could have been solved if I knew a reboot is required and explicitly stated the desirable time of reboot.
I would in particular recommend those using VPSs in Hong Kong considering the AIT VPS windows plan.

AIT is still one of the very best companies for web hosting. Their web development is less than mediocre because of extensive delays and lack of attention to customer requests and requirements. The developers consistently under perform and disappoint in terms of production and timeliness. Their sites look wonderful, but getting there is a painful experience. Host you sites here, but get your development work done elsewhere.

In a world where changing technologies and complex issues are the norm, AIT is an incredibly helpful and a necessary tool to have!!! They are on call 24/7 and have helped me out too many occasions to list here. No matter the issue, AIT customer support has routinely and quickly addressed any issues i've ever encountered (most are user error...lol). Their staff always is extremely patient, friendly and make sure that the problems are fixed for good, not just temporarily! I have hosted with many of the other big name guys over the last 20 years and can honestly say that AIT is the best by a mile. Not sure exactly what they do different here, but it works well and I'm really glad I found them many many years ago.
