Beim Ausfall ist man gekniffen
Ich habe alles von Digital Ocean zu AWS geholt. Die Funktionen sind toll. Wenn man jedoch technischen Support benötigt, muss man den extra bezahlen, was ich dämlich finde und was man auch so nicht kennt. Die haben dann einen Server von mir geschrottet und konnten den nicht retten. Ich brauchte einen Tag um alles wieder neu zu erstellen und zu konfigurieren und einige Daten waren futsch. Von Amazon gab es gerade einmal 50€. Das ist echt schlechter Witz. Ein Arbeitstag kostet halt 800€. Ich denke, ich werde Jeff nicht noch reicher machen. Fazit: Solange es läuft, gut. Habt Ihr ein Problem. Support dafür bezahlen eigene Probleme zu lösen und es gibt absolut nichts. Trauig!
