Support is really bad. No chat, only create ticket and wait for response. I still have ticket without response for few weeks.
1. case. I hade my sites more than 24h down, support give no response at all. Next day at evening sites went back live and then I received response from support that it was some their service provider fault.
2. case They declare on their website, that they support all domain extensions, but I have ccTLD domain, which I can't host on Bulwark before they are registered with that country register. I wrote 3 times, opened tickets attached screenshots and get no response at all.
