Moved from GoDaddy to Certa expecting things to be better. I was so surprised to see the way my issues were dealt with and the professionalism of the company was out standing. Im very pleased with the service and the uptime and will be recommending to my business colleagues from here on.
My VPS has been up ever since taking the service. I haven't had to contact customer support once, dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing as I cant comment on the support as i haven't used it, but i would say that the server does stay up and its fast so they must be doing something right behind the scenes.
Web hosts can gain a bad reputation very fast, it only takes one instance of downtime for us to start considering moving. I can honestly say I've never had that thought since joining Certa.
Reliability - The uptime is 100% but not only that the speed of my website as well as navigating around cPanel is incomparable to previous hosts.
Support - They're always on the other end of the phone with no lengthy queues and no untrained members of staff, have been willing to go above what they need to maintain a good relationship with myself and my colleagues
Pricing - not a £1 host but that's by no means a bad thing - there's a premium feel for a very fair price
Cons - .... none as of yet!
