This will be brief. Have been using their shared hosting plan for a year plus now. The services are all as advertised, consistent and reliable. However it is their support team that needs a shoutout. Always available and they can troubleshoot really well. Very happy with their support.

Hostchilly is the worst hosting company that can be found on the net. They have an absolutely null support service that never, ever, responds to incidents.
In addition, Hostchilly and its ip are blacklisted by google, which affects all websites hosted there.
On the other hand, although they say they refund the money in case you are not satisfied, it is not true. They never refund any cent and, directly, they steal what you have paid for a service that you will not receive.
