One of the most reliable option. I have not faced any downtime or load speed issues. Technical Support is awseome. They've even fixed an error in my script. The staff is very friendly and they support you even you give some GoT spoiler.

This is an affordable solution for *1 terabyte* of storage I can use for backups and/or file sharing that is completely in my control, and can be configured to my exact needs. Better for me than things like dropbox or other generic solutions. Hard deal to beat, and reliable so far.

I've called their support number, no one has answered. I've written many emails and again no one has answered. The only communique I get from them is invoice reminder. I can't seem to get a hold of anyone working for this company so now during the pandemic I'll have to visit their office, which I'm not even sure if anybody is in there. I'm appalled by the complete lack of responsibility. If I can't talk to anyone from the company itself then I'll talk everyone on social media sites and make it my goal to let everyone know of how horrible hostimul.com is as an organization. The one constant is they take money and barely provide any of the services they are contractually obligated to. I'm tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying to resolve it personally. I wonder how their tone will change once the courts are involved.

Until today my refund was not given back by HOstimul
Yesterday, I wrote a review here about Hostimul LLC. Today, I did not see that review so I am writing again. I found out that when you cancel a subscription, Hostimul will not refund the money. Instead, they will put it in your account with them so that you will use the money to forcefully subscribe with them. Now since I did not get my money back, I told them to subscribe with one of the Dedicated servers (because if I do the subscription and enter my own domain, it will go somewhere and I cannot view the dedicated server). Guess what, Hostimus did not answer. As if they don't care about you at all. Anyway, the money is already with them. Another thing that I found out. When you subscribe and pick that you have your own domain, the system will go somewhere where you get stuck because you cannot see anymore the options to subscribe to a Dedicated server or even to VPS. They are very inefficient and slow to respond.
Hello, Our policy terms indicate that we do not refund money for VPS and servers. But in your situation, after you said you didn't want the server and it hadn't been transferred to you yet, we canceled your purchase and refunded your money to your Hostimul balance so you could make other purchases with that money. Unfortunately, you could not understand this in any way and a misunderstanding arose.
I use basic host service from Hostimul.com. Hosting service and support is not best but OK for my team. We will continue to work with Hostimul.com. If you want good service and good support try Hostimul.com
I really like Hostimul, because I think their plans are very suitable for my budget. Especially I like their help center. Because when I wrote something, they understood my problem exactly and solved. I recommend to everyone
i start using hostimul a few months ago, and i can say that overall is really satisfying, i have never met problems using the cpanel, and my website performance is pretty nice.
DONT TRY! i always need a server for my business, over 8 years i never had such a terrible experience. they never respond, and now the server is offline and i can't do anything about it!!!!!!! don't listen to other fake review fakers...........
