I used many companies for server hosting. This company is far the worse available so stay as far away as possible. First of all their hardware is terrible and very expensive, secondly their contracts are nightmare. My story starts as this. I got a server sometime in my life which i kept that server for 4 years around. When the server was due to end every year I was getting an email and I was arranging the new contract. However, without any notice or any approval from me they decided to revew my contract. So they kept me in a contract for 2 years after the expire of the previous one without asking me or mailing me if I want to autorenew it. I mailed them many times that the server is useless to me as I moved long time ago to another company, the contract was ended and I never sign an auto renewal but they kept ignoring that fact and were forcing me to pay for another 2 years even if i told them to pay the months i had the server and close the deal. I finally got tired with those i****s bureaucrats and accepted because i could not bother more. Then they started charging me extra for electricity increase prices, network, bill 1, 2 etc and that brought the final straw. In order to get rid of them I stopped paying them as I already told them that i do not need the server which led me to a debt collection company which I finally pay and get rid of them. I had to pay extra amount to the debt collectors but I am happy I did that because with the prices raising the money i had to pay to them would be more for something was completely useless to me. They do not listen the customer and they say everything is a contract clause 21, clause 1234. Horrible. Stay far far far away from them.

Bought a Windows M hosting plan. They had issues with the Plesk server, so for 10 days our developers were on hold because we couldn't access the server. 10 days!
On the 11th day they still hadn't fixed the problem but found a walk around. Then, the real fiasco began - nothing worked. Constant glitches.
On top of that, you buy a plan, and later on when you find out half of the expected services are missing, support tells you, quoting: "I would suggest to instead purchase a Dedicated Server or a Virtual Server, and purchasing a full license for Plesk."
Given that I have a very simple Wordpress website I have developed in a staging environment and simply had to migrate it, and I was told by their support prior to purchasing that the plan I'm getting suffices.
Fast forward 12 days, we're exchanging emails back a forth, and they keep insisting they can't refund me, even though they completely messed up on their end.
This is the most terrible hosting provider I've not only ever encountered, but ever heard of.

Scam, no derived server after payment , no refunded money after cancellation, very very bad support, tried to sell the second server via skype, but i think it's scam too.... Avoid them! I applied to the bank for a refund.They should be judged for such actions!

They Scam me for 300$ then they charge my card without my Authorization for same amount.

Ive ordered today dedicated server that was clearly wrotten "INSTANT DELIVER" and i was confirm that with one of the live chat agent..
no instant and no delivery was made! i explain him that i need that server urgently and he told me its will be deliver in 1-2 hours max...
after im waiting for about 5-6 hours still nothing from their side.
ive spoke with another agent to check whats going on and he told me that the process can take DAYS...
DONT BUY THERE BE AWARE THIS IS FULLY SCAM.
they wont even allow you to get your money back... is this real or what ???

These people are not honest, they refused to provide service after being paid with the argument of not being a company, I asked for a refund and they say it takes 5 days, stay away from these scammers
