I have been with MifiHost for about six months now (I was with NameCheap for a short while before switching.) I did a lot of research and reading reviews prior to making my decision. Their service was recommended to me by a colleague developers on a discussion group I'm part of, and I can see why. At first i was skepical as i haven't heard about them before to be honest. Currently, I am on their Shared Hosting Plan for both my sites, and have had little to no problems at all.
The few times I have had issues or needed assistance, I received a response from the Support Ticket within 10 minutes or less, and they were able to resolve the problem and also offer tips. Their interface is nice, clean, modern, and most important of all -- easy to use. I plan to use it for both static Html5 sites, as well as WordPress / PHP / Python.

They offer a Custom Inbuilt cPanel interface with all the bells and whistles, so installations are a breeze. In my case - WordPress, MySql, PHP, Python.

These folks go the extra mile in terms of customer service. When I first signed up with them, not only did I receive the standard "Thank you / welcome" email, but I received an actual phone call from one of their reps to welcome me aboard. Who does that anymore? It was a surprisingly nice touch.

I am a newbie developing my own website. I researched web hosting and chose MifiHost because It was recommended by a Web Developer. I came online and read good things about them. I have had a great experience with MifiHost. Love them. They provide tools that make it easy for a regular person like me with no HTML experience to build a website. Their Zacky web builder is really fantastic. Of course it is a lot of work to build a website and if I could afford to pay them to build it for me, I would be even happier. I wrote to support a few times when I was getting started and they responded immediately with the information that I needed. I don't usually write reviews, but I am so happy with them, that I wanted to let others know. This experience was so much better than other hosting companies I have dealt with lately.

I have used both godaddy, hostgator and MifiHost who i am currently using. i love the support from mifihost and the speed of the shared servers that they have. my site was constantly going down when i was on go daddy, no ggod support from hostgator but sense i switched i think it has gone down once in 3 years of use. if you want a good hosting company that will help you with any question and a tech support that actually knows what they are talking about, go for mifihost. they are the best out there right now from my personal experience.
