NextraOne is a fantastic company that offers top-quality services to its customers. From my experience with them, I can confidently say that they excel in providing reliable and efficient solutions.
How can you say? from last 5 days they are neither picking up my phone as well as nor replying my email in support. While my 7/8 websites on their server and I am unable to take data from their server. How it cane be reliable?
I must express my growing concerns regarding the recurring downtime of our website. It seems that every time we face this issue, we are informed of a server issue or a server hang-up. This is becoming a significant hindrance to our business operations.
We rely on our website to be operational and accessible to our clients, and these frequent interruptions are unacceptable. I would like to understand what permanent solutions are being implemented to prevent these issues from reoccurring. If the service cannot be stabilized, we may need to consider alternative options.

My website has not been working for the past 10 days since I renewed their plan and no one is replying to the tickets and they are not picking up the calls as well. The servers are frequently down. No one should buy their services.
I took a shared windows ASP.NET hosting plan with 5 websites. They gave me only two ms-sql database despite showing 5 MS SQL database in their website. Then every now and then there server would go down. It will take one day or two for their supposed 'support' to give a resolution. Twice their servers were hit by 'Ransomware' which made all of my files and database corrupted. At the time of writing, their servers were not available for two days already and their support staff not responding despite raising the tickets mutiple times.
There service has issues. And it can be but the Support is worst, they will not do anything. . And they normally reply a day or 2 day after. and that also with nothing. . They don't have any support at night.

I have ordered a Windows hosting plan on 31 May 2023 and i enquired well about my requirement with Master Rahul before placing the order. The requirement was not met and i requested for a refund on 2 June 2023 which according to their staff RAHUL was processed via UPI on 3 June 2023. However since that day i am regularly asking for my refund status and they are replying like FOOLS as they don't even know me and have NOT refunded even a single paisa.
They are simply CHEATERS! and LOOTING people's money by FOOLING them.
PLEAE DO NOT BUY ANY HOSTING FROM THEM!!!! THEY ARE A BIG TIME FRAUDSTERS and CHEATERS!!
I even read few reviews later on and realized that it was my mistake to trust Nextraone!

2 months Salary is stuck from 1.5 years even after notice period of 30 days
How to get salary , no response from HR - neither they response nor willing to release salary, my 2 months of salary is still stuck from last 1.5 years without any reason even after serving of full notice period of 30 days- i have given 3 yrs of my life to NextraOne yet no one is helping -- still awaiting salary on positive note -- mailing on regulars basis by involving Director's mail id but getting no response.

i feel glad to give an appreciation complements to nextraone support team and speacially thanks to Mr. Faisal and Prince who provides me the superbbbb support and i called many times on support number at early morning and late night every time they will help me on call as well as on anydesk, atlast thanks alot faisal and prince.
