Decent Support But Bad Uptime
Two months on their "Small" package shared hosting and unhappy with server uptime. Got limited server uplink because of DDoS, their support offering me to move my account to another "better" server then got more than three times server down in a week. One of down time took more than one hour at midnight, thanks to Uptime Monitor. On my way to moving on...

Bad uptime
Almost 2 year using VPS in rumahweb, overall bad uptime. at least once a month there always problem mostly connection access to vps. Major incident at 2021 down for almost 1 month, without backup data or connection link.
Now using other hosting provider with same specification vps, for about 6 month never even once have same experience like using rumahweb. So if you using for website hosting landing page its good (price) but for reliability i guess you can compare yourself.

no document required for .id TLD
starting on August 2019 there is no need to to upload document for .id registration. I've been using this company service about 4 years. no complain till now. for a static website it will be okay if you host in on shared hosting but if you need a high performance hosting you'd better move to vps, now vps become cheaper everyday. this company is also provide vps service with a reasonable price eventhought I'm using google cloud for my vps and purchase domain on rumahweb.

Unprofessional Team with Pathetic Customer Support
These guys cut our bandwidth without telling us, lied about having done so, embarrassed us in front of our clients and are technically quite poor. In reality they had a chance to up-sell and increase their billlings from us but now we are leaving the company and trying to warn others not to repeat our mistakes.

I cannot upload the document they ask, then I submit ticket about the errors, but they never reply that tickets until the domain taken by someone else
