We appreciate you giving us a chance to host your websites; regarding our migration support, kindly note that we offer a temporary link after every migration to make sure you can review the sites on the new server before updating the DNS and affecting your domains in the real world.
Upon having a closer look, I can see that the migration was not based on WordPress but was custom PHP scripts, which we do not support as it is not a standard process and can require developer support based on the script or framework being used, however, we were happy to attempt the migration after making you aware of the same.
I can see that you were provided with all the temporary links beforehand, and we asked you to double-check before you update the DNS from your end to avoid any such issues as the ones you describe in your review.
I can also see that you have mentioned that you have checked the temporary links and would like to go ahead with the DNS changes (This is mentioned in your ticket response), therefore, the DNS changes commenced which may have caused the issue mentioned by yourself in this review.
