I have a dedicated server, VPS and colocated Dell R620 with these guys. I have been a client for a year or so and I have been very impressed. I enjoy their 10Gbps connection and Jacob and Evan have always been super welcoming to me. I have yet to speak with someone who doesn't speak English as their first language and they have chat support. I have only needed to contact support once or twice and every time I have needed them, they have either been there in a chat or responding to me within 10 minutes of a ticket. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING that you do!!!! Here's to many more years to come!

Found these guys on webhostingtalk over two years ago, their live chat is truly 24/7 and I was super impressed by that (wait time less than 1 minute). They seem to be on top of things and very eager to help. It has been over 28 months now and so far nothing short of excellent. Value added at a great cost. This is your one go to for all web service needs.
I just wanted to give my review of this company which I was with for about 1 year and 6 months. During this time i experienced numerous downtime. Their support was never able to figure out my downtime issues. They were like robots when talking with them. Their owner Evan has horrible customer service skills and their set up and migration was very bad as many errors occurred. I would never recommend them to anyone. I was fooled by their cheaper prices and regret that. There are many more companies I would rather recommend. They would be last on my list. For proof of my time with them please do not hesitate so I can prove it.
Dan Y 's website was suspended due to complaints of child pornography, a serious violation of our TOS. Dan Y, who provided us with an address in China, operates a web cam/ chat site for "ages 13 and up" with adult cam options right next to "kids chat." His site has no age verification system in place. Simply put, the site is intentionally designed to attract pedophiles and is not welcome on our network.
Since my last review that I wanted to share was declined yet it was my review, I am going to say it again this company has been great and I am glad I switched away from inmotion hosting as they are basically still learning how to run servers and manage their network. I had more reboots and restarts than ever and I never had that with my current server unless it's a cPanel update. Yet again this is a great company and this is a legit review of the company.
