Our services are not designed for intensive usage. This user was using 100% network 24/7 and broke our agreement to which he agreed while registering in our webpage.
We have informed client about this situation and recommended to change network usage, but he ignored us. We didn't stopped his server earlier (before service expiration time) or "kicked" like he said, just waited one month until service expiration and asked not to renew his server.
We're always seeking to find best solution with client (if there is any problems), but when he is ignoring us, we can't help.
