Disgusting service

Since migrating to UKFast mid-September we've experienced numerous system crashes. Generally - almost literally every day - at least one of our users ...

will have a machine crash. Occasionally to add to the enjoyment, there will be slow crashes like one his evening where Adobe crashed, followed shortly afterwards by Chrome, and then the more-familiar complete system failure.
