There is nothing esplicit but after 3 days you have paid, there is no refund option. So keep this in mind in case you want to try this services.
Speed seems acceptable, down... Lisää load and upload files works well as well.
Cpanel also is good and new.

I had an issue registering an account, I've opened a ticket, and as new client I haven't had any "customer care" actually I have received some unpolite words. :D

this is the crappiest hosting that you will ever have to work with. the support is poor and they take weeks to solve a simple issue or maybe never. my websites have been offline for 2 weeks and they do not even bother fixing ...
