Service sucks

I tried hosting an asp.net website there. They charge you for the tiniest tips even if they are not pertinent to the functioning of your website. The...

y are incompetent. One service clerk told me there was no DB of the name I targeted linked to my website. This was after I complained about a non-authorized charge for useless service. The DB was reachable before the spat and not after. So, I strongly believe their service people screw customers at their will.

Stay away, they charged me 20$ for a service that I never used! They sent a bill titled" Random Card verification " what is that ?? IDK!! 20$ for c...

ard verification?? Started 2 tickets and they do NOT answer. Live chat not helpful, all he said that he prioritized my ticket. Still, didn't receive a refund!
