I have been hosting websites (E-commerce / Non E-Com) since 1997 and have used 15+ hosts over these years. For Magento, I needed a specialized host, who can hand-hold in critical situations, and yet offer great hosting with responsive support and decent pricing. Nexcess ticks all the boxes, and more. I have had no problems reaching them via tickets, and they are accessible on phone without long waits. Tickets are resolved courteously, comprehensively, and with a human touch. I once had a mid-level issue, and Tier 2 support (and management) dug issues in deep, gave me a very detailed RCA, and helped fix it comprehensively. Another time, they helped troubleshoot a problem brought about by a bad add-on when they could have just told me that this is not in purview of hosting. My experiences have been overwhelmingly positive. Hosting multiple M1 sites with them, and can't be happier with the speed and performance either. I am using their Cloud Hosting platform (selecting DS 210, as cloud hosting is not available in the dropdown). Highly Recommended!
