We have never had any downtime while using their services, and the pricing for the managed server packages is fair and transparent. My current two VPSs at ChemiCloud have been extremely fast, reliable, and stable.

When you create an account it will ask for project name and you cannot skip it. If you enter project name it will ask that name is already exist. When you try to enter another name it says'too many requests' and then we have ...

to wait for hours. After you create a website it will archive your account and click restore. It will be pending to review and your site will not be available live for hours or days.

I was honestly planning to sign up for Established Reseller Plan until i stumbled upon the pricing page. I must say that support was good and even waited for 15 mins since i had an urgent phone call to attend.
Anyways, long ... Lisää story short and here is the break down of events. - So when I moved to buy now page, i was a bit shocked looking at the pricing (screenshot attached) -- What they advertised is $17.49 per month so according to this it should be $209.88 for 12 months but they are asking for 9.40 - When i asked the support staff, he told me that this is what it is and you can pay monthly and remain on $17.49 -- Then when i asked him that this would not be true because your terms on pricing say something different (Link to screenshot https://ibb.co/HGP9jg5) -- Response was sorry that we are unable to meet in the middle way and the chat closed Seriously they should be ranked the lowest when it comes to reseller hosting and what a disappointment.
