I have been using AlexHost for my project, but their major infrastructure outage has kept my website offline for almost a week. In the support tickets
..., they told me that my request was taken into work, but it has been 3 days and they still haven't provided the promised backup server. Their Telegram support doesn't even read the messages.
Because of this downtime, I have suffered significant financial losses and lost many of my permanent clients. Initially, I just wanted to resolve this normally by getting a backup server and asking for compensation. But seeing this complete ignorance, I will now leave negative reviews about this hosting provider on every platform possible. Avoid them if you value your business.
