I have been very disappointed with Contabo's billing department.
Be extremely careful with your payments. In my experience, the billing team is not
... responsive when a billing dispute arises, and they are unwilling to properly investigate or resolve customer concerns.
I was charged for an additional full month because of a one-day delay, even though I only intended to renew my service for six months. When I requested a refund, I received repeated responses saying that it was not possible, without addressing the main issue or offering a fair solution.
In my opinion, the billing department operates very differently from the level of service the rest of the company tries to provide. Based on my experience, their financial support and customer care fall well below professional standards.
