I hate this host

I had some audio file and they removed it without telling me and I didn't have backups. I emailed them and this was the respond: "According to our reg...

ulations, the shared hosting can not be used for media or image sharing or storage disk. We found that you uploaded a large number of MP3 to store on the server, which is against the rules." I created a ticket and they have answered after 34 hours. The admin colsole was down three time in the last two months. I have paid for three years and will go to find a different one.

Not recommended

Site5 has some suspect policies and I was charged after setting my account to not renew. Of course, they say I'm not eligible for a refund per ttheir...

policies. Besides heavily increasing prices, the reason I was moving was they did not want to update PHP version unless I paid even more money. Since they used the recurring payment type, it seems I'm just out the money they just took from me.
