Overpriced, and billing won't refund a charge made 2 days before the due date
Overpriced. I paid $48.79/month for a VPS (6 cores, 12 GB RAM). The same specs cost about
$14/month at OVH or Hetzner — over 3x less.
Billing is c...
ustomer-unfriendly. I always paid manually, but my saved card was charged
automatically 2 days before the due date, with no notice. I asked for a refund 2 days later.
They refused and offered only credit to their internal wallet, usable only on UltaHost.
Support follows the script and won't meet a long-term customer halfway. Occasional outages too.
If you use them, delete your saved card after every payment
