...omer service says that my IP Address is blocked, but they can't explain why I do have access to my other website e-mail for my smaller websites AT THE SAME IP ADDRESS.
Unfortunately, customer service questions are never answered by the same person, even on "replies". I have had to repeat my issue and attach the same screenshots multiple times per day. I still don't have a resolution and will not be renewing ANY of my sites with them. The amount of business that has been lost over not accessing my e-mail is unprofessional on a business level and unforgivable on an ethics level. I'm hoping that I can at least salvage some of my contacts before my "service" expires.
