I’ve been a customer of IONOS for years and am satisfied with the service I receive. If I have a problem, someone is there to assist personally shortly. The hosting is stable and easy to use.

It would be good if one day IONOS educates its support team and takes care of customers as they deserve. I have read comments on different platforms (Twitter, YouTube, etc) and I am not the only one disappointed! So something is very wrong with your support team. I ordered a few. The TOS is buried much farther down the UX flow. When I asked for my money back after < 2 days, they gave me a very strongly worded rejection followed by an even ruder response. Clearly, I was not trying to abuse their service, they just convinced me to buy more with their "guarantee". If you are a current customer, be warned that their support may get hostile.
